Purpose
SponsorPact uses models to identify potential sponsorship promises, quantities, source wording, deadlines, teams, dependencies, expected proof types, and confidence. This reduces manual setup. It does not replace contract review or human judgment.
Human confirmation
- Every extracted item is shown beside its source page and quote.
- Users can accept, edit, reject, or add items before confirmation.
- Confidence below 0.80 is flagged and cannot be silently treated as certain.
- Missing quantities and dates remain unresolved instead of being invented.
- A public prospectus preview is labeled as non-contractual until an executed agreement is added.
How processing works
SponsorPact uses Replicate for Marker OCR, GPT-5 Structured extraction with the GPT-5 mini variant, and independent Gemini 3.5 Flash verification. The verification pass checks the extraction against the document before a user reviews it. Models receive no tools or web-search access.
Current data controls
- Replicate documents that API prediction input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default. SponsorPact does not describe this provider default as contractual zero data retention.
- Executed agreements remain disabled until SponsorPact contractually clears Replicate retention and DPA terms. Current model processing is limited to public prospectuses and approved test documents.
- Operational logs record model, prompt version, schema version, latency, tokens, and cost, but exclude documents, source quotes, sponsor contacts, proof URLs, prompts, and completions.
- The production design keeps provider credentials outside source-controlled application code and separates them by deployment environment.
Organizer and sponsor responsibilities
SponsorPact separates organizer promises from sponsor-supplied prerequisites. Only confirmed organizer promises count toward fulfillment. Users remain responsible for verifying the agreement, securing rights to submitted data, correcting extraction, and ensuring reports accurately represent delivery.
No legal or ROI advice
SponsorPact provides operational assistance, not legal advice. Fulfillment reporting is kept separate from unsubstantiated return-on-investment claims. User-supplied metrics are presented as customer data and should be supported by the customer's own measurement process.
Questions and updates
Material changes to production model providers, retention commitments, or training controls will be reflected in this policy and the subprocessor list before they apply where notice is required.
